We are constantly looking for young and talented people. We are ready to hire anyone who fits with our requirements. It does not matter what is your academic background, the thing that counts is your knowledge, skills, talent and engagement. We prefer candidates with Russian language, but this is not an obligation.

The recruitment process is usually the same. Each candidate is hired for a 3 - 6 months contract. After that the candidate receives a regular contract for 6 months. If the candidate will fit our requirements we will offer a permanent contract.

The salaries in our companies are related with the company results. Our rule is that the employees should benefit from the company growth.
